Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently using established call scripts and problem-solving techniques.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and ensure operational excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team revenue targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (2nd or 3rd shift).
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
