- Follow established scripts and call guidelines to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve customer support processes.
- Document all interactions and resolutions according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (various shifts available) on a full-time basis.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote) or reliable transportation (if on-site).
