- Collaborate with team leads to escalate issues and improve service processes.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
