Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details within our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support processes and service quality.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during your shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
