Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and response times
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support team goals by contributing to a positive and productive night shift environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) and weekends as needed
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
