Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved.
- Participate in paid training programs to master product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily performance targets.
