Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Must be physically located in NY or FL
- Available for 40-hour night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
