Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently within company guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate Tier 2 support team or supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical questions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during high-volume periods.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space (if remote).
