Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues during night operations.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security checks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk database.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT helpdesk is required.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment setup.
