Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to improve productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock movement and organization.
- Resolve operational issues and address employee concerns promptly.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
