Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and equipment during overnight hours
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless care transitions
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and medical equipment operation
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in night/weekend shifts
- Valid BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
