Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges during weekend shifts

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital regulations
- Lead weekend quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years healthcare operations experience
- Strong weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of EHR systems
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
