Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person clinical support teams during Saturday/Sunday night shifts
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and patient triage procedures
- Execute quality assurance audits for overnight care documentation
- Train and mentor new hires on weekend-specific protocols
- Manage supply chain logistics for overnight medical supplies
- Collaborate with day-shift leadership for continuity of care
- Resolve escalated patient issues within 30-minute response time
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license required
- BLS/ACLS certification with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Demonstrated crisis management skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory
