Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure seamless communication between departments
- Assist in patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns promptly
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to medical staff
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field required
- 1+ years of clinical or healthcare coordination experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid CPR certification
