Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load and unload shipments with precision and speed.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping or distribution according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately to management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to facilitate efficient night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
