Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Support weekend operations with flexible shift scheduling (Sat/Sun availability required)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexible availability for weekend and overnight shifts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
