Responsibilities
- Lead Weekend Shifts: Supervise and coordinate daily operations for the Saturday and Sunday shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming/outgoing shipments during peak weekend periods.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a small team of floor associates, provide training, and foster a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues immediately to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and that the warehouse area remains organized and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing operational needs.
