Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise onto and off trailers, using pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet strict daily targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of material handling equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
