About The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed accurately and shipped on time. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading orders with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, inventory control procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
