Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors to move products.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to shipping specifications to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners.
- Load & Unload:** Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
