Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records in the system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety and quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
