Responsibilities
- Monitor patient care activities overnight and during weekend shifts
- Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure optimal coverage

- Collaborate with day-shift teams for continuity of care
- Conduct safety rounds and facility inspections
- Provide direct support to patients during critical hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or overnight shift experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
