Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations on production lines or material handling equipment during night shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts and Night Shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
