Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload delivery trucks utilizing proper safety protocols.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if required) or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
