Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Sort, organize, and distribute packages to designated zones accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts) as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
