Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure package integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
