Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments during night and weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Manage inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via digital systems
- Resolve operational disruptions with minimal downtime
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Train new team members on shift-specific procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year logistics/warehouse experience preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend and night shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Proficient with warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
