Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person team during overnight/weekend shifts
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and emergency responses
- Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching
- Maintain accurate patient records and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare supervision experience
- Valid Ohio nursing license (RN/LPN) or EMT certification
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficient in Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Current BLS/CPR certification
