- Coordinate with weekday teams to ensure smooth handovers and operational continuity
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company standards during weekend shifts
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues during weekend hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend/holiday scheduling experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, primarily weekends (Sat-Sun)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
