Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless handovers and process continuity.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend-specific procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods with good physical stamina.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; must be available to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
