Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper material handling equipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging activities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
