Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to complete paid training program
