Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote or hybrid roles.
