Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Process orders, updates, and account information accurately in the CRM database.
- Stay current on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and personal performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
