Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality assurance goals.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and de-escalation techniques.
- Participate actively in training sessions to master product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (if remote or hybrid option applies).
