Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound & Outbound Calls: Interact with customers professionally to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport with clients, actively listen to their needs, and ensure a positive experience that fosters loyalty.
- Follow Established Scripts & Processes: Utilize our CRM systems to document interactions accurately and adhere to company guidelines while maintaining a natural flow of conversation.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Meet Performance Targets: Consistently achieve daily and weekly metrics regarding call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full, paid training for all new hires. A strong willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must possess clear verbal communication and the ability to articulate thoughts professionally.
