Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
