Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality protocols
- Adhere strictly to compliance regulations and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training sessions for product updates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
