- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Manage multi-channel support (email, chat, social) within SLA
- Document interactions using Zendesk and CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
- Maintain product knowledge base updates
- Collaborate with global support teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- 70+ WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and empathy skills
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
