Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, account status, and product information accurately.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions and update customer records in real-time.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call scripts to ensure compliance and quality.
- Identify opportunities to promote add-on services or resolve issues on the first call.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for our paid training.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
