- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily performance targets.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies and products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ wpm).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection for remote/hybrid options.
