- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and billing.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote options) or valid driver's license (for on-site shifts).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
