Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.
- Resolve product inquiries and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards established during training.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Elevate customer issues to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and adaptability to changing policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet specific performance KPIs.
- Must be available to complete the mandatory 2-week paid training session.
