- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space (remote/remote hybrid options available).
