Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 90-second response time SLA
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex troubleshooting escalation
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Adhere to PCI compliance protocols during payment transactions
- Participate in weekly training to master product updates
- Track performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in chat/email support
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Ability to multitask 4-6 concurrent chat conversations
- Available 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
