Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate, detailed solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve service quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and high-functioning support environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required for our Hiring Event.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, patience, and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
