- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (Paid Training included).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
