Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a friendly, professional, and positive tone.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Accurately document customer interactions and update our CRM system after each session.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.
- Adhere to company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and spelling.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in using chat platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
