Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems to process daily orders accurately.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization for weekend shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with proper safety protocols.
- Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the weekday staff regarding inventory discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping details.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends on a consistent basis.
