Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment within strict timeframes.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other associates to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
